• Leadership 360 Profile + Debrief

The Leadership Circle Profile 360  measures two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information to identify the habits of thinking that feed both effective and self-limiting behaviors.
CREATIVE COMPETENCIES
Well-researched competencies measuring how you achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your own development, act with integrity and courage, and improve organizational systems.
REACTIVE TENDENCIES
Leadership styles emphasizing caution over creating results, self-protection over productive engagement, and aggression over building alignment. These self-limiting styles overemphasize the focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting yourself, and getting results through high control tactics.

A Leadership Operating System: The Leadership Circle Profile is unique in that it reveals a leader’s Operating System: internal assumptions (beliefs) that run behavior in both domains. This allows the leader to see how his/her inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership. Ultimately, the Profile helps leaders increase their inner awareness that affects outward behavior and provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development.

An Assessment Based on  Sound Management and Leadership Frameworks: The Leadership Circle Profile is designed to integrate many of the best theoretical
frameworks from the Leadership, Adult Development, Psychological and Spiritual
bodies of knowledge.

• Reclaiming Yourself after Loss

A transformative, restorative and playful workshop retreat. Come join this safe, supportive community of women as we honor our losses, learn how to move beyond them and reclaim ourselves in the process.

Grief and loss come in many forms, from death and divorce to illness, a move or job loss. When we don’t acknowledge those feelings, they keep us stuck. Addressing our losses, however, allows us to live with more joy, integrity and meaning, reclaiming ourselves in the process.

A deep, transformative, restorative and—yes!—even joyful day of personal exploration and transformation as we honor our losses and learn how to move beyond them.

Co-led by Tanja Pajevic, Writer and Instructor, and Michelle Maloy Dillon, Professional Development and Leadership Coach

“I left the retreat feeling like my energy was no longer being swallowed by my grief. So much freedom and joy in that!”

“Thank you both a ton! This was a first step to finally tackling a giant white elephant in my life. Honestly even seeing and watching others tackle and talk and cry was really empowering in itself.”

“I love the feeling of connectedness I have now. What was most surprising was seeing how many commonalities we had, despite all having different sources of grief and loss.”

“This was an authentic and supportive workshop. You created a safe, loving and supportive environment and all were more uplifted and hopeful at the end!”

“I believe this is the first time that I got to enjoy and see some meaning in what I am doing and where I am going. And I realized that once I reach this state of mind, I get such a positive flow of energy to wake up in the morning and do what I have to do and love to do. So paying attention to this side of my life has been revealing.” – D.K.

“The most important thing I took away was that uncertainty is completely fine! It has really changed my mindset- while I’m still hustling. I keep using the chart that we created to remind myself to see the big picture.” G.W.M.
