As Co-Active® coaches, we help people live their lives with greater purpose and fulfillment. The coach arrives with the assumption that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. It is the coaches role to ‘guide’ the client into discovering what is right for them by asking powerful questions and creating challenges for the client to move forward.
HOW TO GET STARTED?
If you’re curious about how coaching can work for you, it’s best to schedule a sample session to see what it’s like.
Coaching takes place over a period of several months to a year. Meetings typically take place over the phone and occur a few times per month. It is important to hire a coach in order to discover what is holding you back and to give it enough time so that there is something that tests you. Coaching comes to completion when you feel you have everything you need to succeed.
